For the Cream Mixture
  • 500 grams Mascarpone Cheese very cold
  • 100 grams Powdered Sugar adjust based on rose syrup sweetness
  • 300 ml Heavy Cream chilled
For the Rose Flavor
  • 100 ml Rose Syrup or any rose syrup brand
  • 2 tablespoons Rose Water or drop of rose essence
For Assembly and Decoration
  • 200 ml Full Fat Milk
  • optional Food Grade Rose Buds for garnish
  • optional Silvered Pistachios for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the rose milk mixture by combining rose syrup, full fat milk, and rose water in a bowl. Whisk until blended and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat cold mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  5. Dip ladyfingers quickly into the rose milk mixture and layer them at the bottom of an 8x8 dish.
  6. Spread half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat layering with another set of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream mixture on top.
  8. Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, garnish with rose buds and silvered pistachios.
