Ingredients

  • 30 oz Fruit Cocktail in juice
  • 20 oz Pineapple Chunks in juice, drained well
  • 8 oz Mandarin Orange Slices
For the Creamy Mixture
  • 24 oz Sour Cream can substitute with Cool Whip
  • 1 box Orange Flavored Gelatin
Optional Add-ins
  • 10 oz Mini Marshmallows omit for lower-sugar option
  • Shredded Coconut for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Drain all canned fruits using a colander. Allow to sit for about 4 hours.
  2. Combine sour cream and orange gelatin in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Once fruits have dried, add to sour cream mixture and fold in marshmallows if using.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Before serving, stir gently and serve chilled.
