Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a small amount of cream cheese mixture and 1-2 cherries in the center of each triangle. Fold and seal the edges.
  4. Arrange the bites on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle coarse sugar, if desired. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
