  • 3 tablespoons Raspberry Puree Use thawed frozen raspberries or fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Syrup Can substitute with agave syrup for lighter sweetness
  • 1 cup Milk (of choice) Can be dairy or plant-based
  • 1 cup Ice Use plenty for a well-chilled drink

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Brew a strong cup of espresso or coffee. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, blend fresh or thawed frozen raspberries until smooth; aim for 3 tablespoons.
  3. Drizzle raspberry puree in a tall glass, add vanilla syrup, then fill with ice.
  4. Pour milk of choice over ice to fill halfway; stir gently.
  5. Slowly pour cooled coffee over the milk to create layers.
  6. Top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
