  • 2 slices Bread Preferably whole grain or sourdough
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Shredded or sliced
  • 1 avocado Avocado Sliced
  • 1 slice Cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter For grilling the sandwich

Method
 

Assembly and Cooking
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Assemble the sandwich with cooked chicken, avocado slices, and cheese between two slices of bread.
  3. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich.
  4. Place the sandwich on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes, cut, and enjoy!
