  3. Sauté the Garlic: Lower heat, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant but not burnt, about 1 minute.
  4. Create the Honey Garlic Sauce: Add honey and soy sauce; stir, then return chicken to skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, cook rotini pasta until al dente (8–10 minutes); reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  6. Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce: Melt remaining butter, add heavy cream, and gradually whisk in Parmesan until smooth, adjusting thickness with reserved pasta water if necessary.
  7. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss drained rotini with Parmesan sauce, then add honey garlic chicken and combine thoroughly.
