  • 2 cups Fresh Pineapple Ripe and juicy for best taste
  • 1 cup Water Sparkling water can be used for a fizzy twist
  • 1 juices Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
Garnish
  • 1 cups Ice For chilling the drink
  • a few Fresh Mint Leaves For garnish

  • 1 medium Banana Blended for extra creaminess

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and chop one ripe pineapple into small chunks, aiming for about 2 cups.
  2. In a blender, add pineapple chunks, the juice of one fresh lemon, and 1 cup of water; blend on high for 30-45 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the strained pineapple drink over the ice.
  5. Moisten the rim of your glass with water and dip in granulated sugar for a sugary rim (optional).
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
