  1. Prepare the Ribs: Removing the silver skin enhances tenderness and flavor penetration.

  3. Wrap in Foil: Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in foil to steam in their juices.
  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 250°F (121°C) and bake for 2 hours and 45 minutes to 3 hours.
  5. Make Coca Cola Sauce: Sauté garlic, ginger, and shallots, then add remaining sauce ingredients and simmer.
  6. Combine and Sauce: Unwrap ribs, add juices to sauce, and brush sauce over ribs.
