Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Remove the silver skin from the ribs carefully.

  4. Generously rub the spice mixture over both sides of the ribs.
  5. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until tender.
  7. Prepare the BBQ sauce by warming BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan.
  8. Unwrap the ribs, brush with BBQ sauce, and grill or broil for 5-7 minutes per side.
