- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package directions, about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Wash and slice fresh strawberries and halved grapes. Thinly slice the red onion. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, spinach, grapes, onion, and mandarin oranges.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix gently until well combined.
- Drizzle the poppy seed dressing over the salad and add salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
