- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x11-inch baking dish.

- Whisk together the reduced-fat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.

- Combine the rolled oats, vegan protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and chopped strawberries in a large mixing bowl.

- In another bowl, whisk unsweetened vanilla almond milk, yogurt, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract together until well combined. Pour over the dry mix and stir.

- Spread the oatmeal mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.

- Dollop the cream cheese mixture and strawberry preserves over the top, then swirl gently.

- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden.

- Allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting into pieces and serve warm.
