  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar Do not substitute!
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Feel free to swap for another oil

  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic Be careful not to burn
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger Use half if replacing with dried ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional for heat

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat the boneless, skinless chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Whisk in brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the seared chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over; simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Whisk a cornstarch slurry into the sauce until it thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve chicken with remaining glaze and pair with rice or veggies.
