  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery, sauté for 5-7 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
