Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, add noodles, and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken, cooking for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Reduce heat, pour in soy sauce and chili paste, then stir to coat chicken and broccoli.
  6. Add the drained noodles and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
