  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs Crushed

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Cadbury Mini Eggs in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin, leaving larger pieces for texture.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking soda until well-combined.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on low speed until a cohesive dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips and most of the crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, the edges should look set while the centers may be slightly underbaked.
  8. Press the reserved crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs and chocolate chips into the tops of each cookie after removing from the oven. Let cool briefly on the baking sheet.
