  • 1/4 cup melted butter cooled; can use coconut oil for dairy-free
Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar adjust consistency with milk as needed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy, then mix in the maple syrup, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Let the bars cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar with milk until smooth, then drizzle over cooled bars.
