  2. Cook Mushrooms: Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, searing for 2–3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then cook for another 1–2 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  3. Cook Peppers and Onions: In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then add onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 6–8 minutes until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Return mushrooms to skillet, pour in fajita sauce, and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  5. Serve: Warm tortillas in a skillet for 20 seconds. Serve immediately with toppings.
