Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the green beans thoroughly under cold water and trim off the ends. Choose your preferred cooking method: pan frying, broiling, or air frying.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat a generous amount of peanut or avocado oil over high heat until shimmering.
  3. Carefully add the prepared green beans to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 5-8 minutes until blistered and bright green.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, broth, cornstarch, sesame oil, and finely chopped garlic, stirring until blended.
  5. Pour the garlic sauce over the cooked green beans in the pan and toss quickly over high heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately, optionally on a bed of jasmine rice.
