- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and thaw the puff pastry sheet for about 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until creamy.
- Unfold the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it in half. Spread the filling over one half, leaving a border.
- Fold the other half over the filling and seal the edges. Slice into 6 strips and twist each strip, rolling into spirals.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the swirls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
