Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of oats, 1 cup of nut butter, and 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup. Mix until cohesive.
  2. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips gently.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop dough in rounded mounds and flatten slightly.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Don't overbake.
  5. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
