  5. Heat a wok over high heat and add oil; once hot, sauté minced garlic for about 10 seconds.
  6. Add zucchini strips to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until tender but still crunchy.
  7. Push zucchini to one side and pour sauce mixture into the empty space; cook for 30 seconds.
  8. Toss zucchini back into the sauce, stir to combine, and serve hot.
