Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine sliced chicken breast with soy sauce and cornstarch. Allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Mince your garlic and ginger, chop the broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat, stir-fry minced garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil, cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
