- Slice the fresh jalapeños lengthwise and remove the seeds and veins. Lightly rub oil on each half and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 4 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes, then place upside down on paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add half & half, then fold in cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the creamy mixture, packing it well. Top with additional cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
- Return to the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove and let cool briefly. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
