  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions For garnish

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the fresh jalapeños lengthwise and remove the seeds and veins. Lightly rub oil on each half and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Air fry at 400°F for 4 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes, then place upside down on paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add half & half, then fold in cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the creamy mixture, packing it well. Top with additional cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
  5. Return to the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove and let cool briefly. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
