  • 6 Large Eggs Base for your filling.
  • 1 splash Milk For a fluffier texture.
  • to taste Salt

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Melts beautifully.
Dough
  • 1 can Crescent Roll Dough Swap for puff pastry or tortillas if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For brushing on top.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the breakfast sausage links. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease and transfer to a plate.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into a heated non-stick skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until just set. Remove from heat.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough onto a surface and seal seams. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Separate dough into triangles.
  4. Spoon sausage and scrambled eggs onto the wide end of each triangle, sprinkle cheese, and roll tightly. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
