Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Slice pitted Medjool dates lengthwise to create a pocket. Stuff each date with room-temperature goat cheese.
  3. Arrange stuffed dates in a baking dish, keeping them close but not touching.
  4. In a bowl, mix chopped walnuts, fresh rosemary, orange zest and juice, ground cinnamon, sea salt, and olive oil until coated.
  5. Spoon the walnut topping over each date, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  7. Let cool for about 5 minutes and drizzle with hot honey before serving.
  8. Serve warm on a platter as a delightful appetizer.
