Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, add 1 cup of pineapple juice, ½ cup of cream of coconut, 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks, and a handful of ice cubes. Make sure the cream of coconut is well mixed to avoid clumps.
  2. Secure the blender lid and blend the ingredients on high speed for about 40-60 seconds until creamy and slushy.
  3. Taste the mixture; if sweeter flavor is desired, blend in additional cream of coconut or sugar, adding lime juice for a twist if preferred.
