  3. Pour in 1 tablespoon of maple syrup for sweetness. This step is optional.
  4. Chop 1 medium frozen banana into smaller chunks and add it to the blender.
  5. Introduce 1 cup of diced fresh mango and 2 cups of fresh strawberries into the blender.
  6. Blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
