Step-by-Step Instructions for Rosé Sorbet
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine equal parts rosé and sugar over medium heat. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves completely, about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Once the syrup has cooled, pour it into a blender along with the frozen raspberries. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a freeze-proof container, smoothing the top. Freeze for approximately 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  4. Serve the sorbet into chilled glasses, optionally drizzling with extra rosé or champagne and garnishing with fresh raspberries or mint.
