Directions

  2. Pour the Pineapple Sorbet mixture into a shallow dish and spread it out evenly. Freeze for approximately 1 hour.
  3. After an hour, fluff the mixture with a fork to create an airy texture, scraping until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Return the fluffed mixture to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes to achieve a perfect scoopable consistency.
