Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Chop the fresh pineapple into chunks and place in a blender.
  2. Add lemon juice and honey or maple syrup to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Once churned, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  6. Serve scooped into bowls or cups garnished with fresh mint.
