Step-by-Step Instructions for Potato & Spinach Frittata
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large sauté pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes or until golden and tender.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
