  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the cooled blueberry mixture along with cubed butter, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Using an electric mixer set to medium speed, beat the mixture for about 3 to 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
  5. Transfer the fluffy blueberry butter into an airtight container and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for about an hour.
  6. Once the butter has set, it’s ready to serve either cold or at room temperature.
