  1. Dry Brine the Turkey: Combine kosher salt, minced herbs, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pat turkey dry, rub mixture all over, refrigerate uncovered for 24-48 hours.
  2. Preheat Oven: One hour before roasting, preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Discard any accumulated juices before roasting.
