Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the lemonade base by squeezing enough fresh lemon juice to yield about 1 cup. Combine lemon juice with 4 cups of water and ½ to 1 cup of sugar in a large pitcher, stir until dissolved, and chill.
  2. Wash and slice 3 ripe peaches, removing the pits. Set half of the slices aside for garnish.
  3. Blend the reserved peach slices with 1 cup of chilled lemonade base and a handful of fresh mint leaves until smooth.
  4. Optionally strain the puree for a smoother texture.
  5. Combine the strained or unstrained peach puree back into the lemonade base and stir gently until mixed.
  6. Serve over ice in glasses.
  7. Garnish with reserved peach slices and mint sprigs.
