Method
 

Prep and Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  4. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the dry ingredients gently to avoid overmixing.
  5. Add chopped peaches to the batter and fold in carefully.
  6. Scoop the batter into the muffin liners, filling halfway, and add a dollop of cream cheese mixture in the center.
  7. Sprinkle the streusel topping over the muffins and bake for about 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
