- In a food processor, combine the green olives, feta cheese, cream cheese, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pulse for about 30 seconds until smooth but still a bit textured.
- Add chopped roasted red pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper. Pulse 2-3 times to integrate while retaining some chunks.
- Scoop the dip into a serving bowl or jar. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and garnish with whole green olives.
