Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine warm water and yeast in a mixing bowl and let it activate for about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add in the all-purpose flour, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Incorporate the olives, bacon, and cheese into the dough.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
  7. Punch the dough down, shape it into a loaf, and let it rise again for 30-45 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  9. After baking, cool the bread for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
