Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the baking dish by lining it with foil and lightly misting with cooking spray.
  2. Make the cream filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth; fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Layer 8 Oatmeal Creme Pies in the dish.
  4. Drizzle half the brewed coffee and half the chocolate syrup over the pie layer.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the pies.
  6. Repeat the layering with another set of Oatmeal Creme Pies, followed by remaining coffee, chocolate syrup, and cream mixture.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator covered for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Serve by lifting out with the foil, cut into squares, and optionally garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
