Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your pork ribs by removing the thin membrane and cutting into sections for even cooking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oregano, brown sugar, garlic powder, sweet paprika, cayenne, coarse salt, and ground pepper to create a dry rub.
  3. Mist the ribs with oil spray and generously rub the dry spice mixture over both sides.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place the seasoned ribs in a single layer in the fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Brush barbecue sauce over the ribs and return to the air fryer for another 5-10 minutes.
  7. Let the ribs rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
