Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare your baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  2. Peel off the tough membrane from the back of the baby back pork ribs and place them bone-side down on the lined baking sheet.

  4. Cover the seasoned ribs tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
  5. In the last 5 minutes of baking, mix the barbecue sauce ingredients in a bowl to meld the flavors.
  6. After 2 hours, uncover the ribs, brush them with barbecue sauce, increase the oven temperature to 460°F (240°C), and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
  7. Switch to broil and cook for an additional 3 minutes for extra char, watching closely.
