  • 1/4 cup Garlic Butter Use fresh garlic

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Warm whole milk to 120°F–130°F, whisk in yeast and sugar, and let sit until frothy.
  2. Combining melted butter, eggs, and salt, add yeast mixture and mix in flour to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead dough for 5-6 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour until doubled.
  5. Cook bacon, dice it, and sauté until crispy; drain on a paper towel.
  6. Combine cooled bacon, cheeses, herbs, and melted butter in a bowl.
  7. Roll out dough, spread filling, roll up tightly, and slice into 12 pieces.
  8. Let rolls rise in a greased dish for 30-45 minutes, then preheat oven to 350°F.
  9. Bake rolls for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding.
  10. Prepare garlic butter and brush over warm rolls after baking.
