  • 150 ml Water
For the Boba
  • 1 cup Uncooked Boba Pearls Ensure they are uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar White sugar or honey can be used
For the Creamy Blend
  • 3/4 cup Milk For vegan, use almond, oat, or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Mango Use mango juice, nectar, or powdered mango

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Creamy Mango Boba Milk Tea
  1. Start by boiling 150ml of water in a small pot, then remove it from heat. Add a green tea bag and steep it for about 4 minutes until it turns golden. Let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a separate pot, bring water to a rapid boil, add uncooked boba pearls, and cook according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes. Rinse under cold water and mix with brown sugar syrup.
  3. In a tall glass, spoon in about 3 tablespoons of boba pearls, pour in ½ cup of mango nectar, and ¾ cup of chilled milk. Stir gently.
  4. Carefully pour in the chilled brewed green tea over the mixture. Stir once more to blend all ingredients.
  5. Fill the glass with crushed ice and garnish with a slice of fresh mango or mint sprig before serving.
