- Prepare the mango purée by blending the pulp from 2 ripe mangoes until smooth.
- Toast 1 cup of desiccated coconut in a nonstick pan over low heat for 1 minute.
- Cook the mixture of mango purée, 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, and toasted coconut over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into truffles by rolling about 1 tablespoon into a ball.
- Coat each truffle in extra desiccated coconut, place in an airtight container, and chill for 30 minutes.
