Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a clean jar, combine 400ml of filtered water with 2-3 teaspoons of Sirocco Vanilla Black Tea. Stir well to incorporate, then cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours overnight.
  2. While the tea is steeping, dissolve 15g of sugar in 200ml of warm water until fully dissolved. Add 50g of fresh lemon juice and mix well. Allow to cool.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, pour 150ml of lemonade over the ice, then gently add the brewed vanilla black tea infusion to fill the glass.
  4. Garnish with fresh lemon slices on top or on the rim of the glass.
  5. Store remaining vanilla black tea in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
