- In a clean jar, combine 400ml of filtered water with 2-3 teaspoons of Sirocco Vanilla Black Tea. Stir well to incorporate, then cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours overnight.
- While the tea is steeping, dissolve 15g of sugar in 200ml of warm water until fully dissolved. Add 50g of fresh lemon juice and mix well. Allow to cool.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, pour 150ml of lemonade over the ice, then gently add the brewed vanilla black tea infusion to fill the glass.
- Garnish with fresh lemon slices on top or on the rim of the glass.
- Store remaining vanilla black tea in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
