Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the delicious Keto French Toast Sticks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the room temperature eggs, cream cheese, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the coconut flour and baking powder to the blended mixture. Pulse until combined; don’t overmix.
  4. Prepare a greased loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper. Pour the batter in and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.

  7. Slice the loaf into 24-36 sticks. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat, add butter, and fry the sticks for 2-3 minutes on each side.
