- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the thin spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside to cool.
- While the spaghetti cools, wash and dice the vegetables. Place the prepared vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
