Ingredients

For the Cheeses
  • 1 cup Shredded Provolone Cheese Mozzarella or feta can be used.

For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used as a healthier option.
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar White vinegar or apple cider vinegar works as substitutes.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Flavored olive oil can enhance the flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning Mix of dried oregano, basil, and thyme works well.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, sliced pepperoni, chopped salami, and chopped ham in a large bowl.
  3. Add shredded lettuce, red onions, banana peppers, olives, and tomatoes to the pasta mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
  6. Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
