  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce Choose your favorite or make your own.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Remove the thin membrane from the back of the pork spare ribs.
  3. In a bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chili powder.
  4. Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
  5. Wrap the seasoned ribs in aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake the foil-wrapped ribs for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  7. Unwrap the ribs and brush with barbecue sauce.
  8. Broil the ribs for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
  9. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
