- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Remove the thin membrane from the back of the pork spare ribs.
- In a bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chili powder.
- Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap the seasoned ribs in aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
- Bake the foil-wrapped ribs for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Unwrap the ribs and brush with barbecue sauce.
- Broil the ribs for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
