  • 1 pkg Biscuit Dough/Wonton Wrappers Choose based on preference for flakiness.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Combine cold cream cheese, drained crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough or wonton wrappers to about ¼ inch thick, keeping wonton wrappers covered with a damp cloth.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of each dough piece and fold it over, sealing the edges tightly.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) over medium heat, or preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Fry bombs for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy, or bake for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway.
  6. Transfer cooked bombs to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
