- Whisk 4 grams of agar agar powder into 1 cup of room temperature water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-high until boiling, then cook for 1 more minute, stirring continuously to dissolve.
- Reduce heat, whisk in 2 tablespoons of sugar until dissolved, then stir in 1 cup of coconut milk. Cook for another minute until bubbling.
- Remove from heat and cool for about 3 minutes before pouring into a prepared heatproof container.
- Pour the mixture into the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into cubes, serve in bowls with quartered strawberries and a splash of almond milk.
